Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cleanuply ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Reklit BV ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

Cleanuply is an iPhone application that helps users identify and manage photo and video clutter in their device photo library. The App analyzes your media locally on your device and provides recommendations for cleanup. All processing occurs on-device, and no user data is collected or transmitted.

Subscription Terms

Cleanuply offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cleanuply only for its intended purpose: managing your personal photo and video library. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Reklit BV and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Content

Cleanuply accesses your photos and videos solely to provide its cleanup functionality. Your media remains yours at all times. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your content. As stated in our Privacy Policy, your content is never uploaded or transmitted from your device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we design Cleanuply to be safe and reliable, you acknowledge that:

• The App provides recommendations, and the final decision to delete any content is yours alone.
• Deleted items go to Apple's Recently Deleted album and are recoverable for 30 days, after which Apple permanently removes them.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from actions you take within the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reklit BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reklit BV from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
